A great and absolutely charming hotel, my first choice in Rome. Spotless place, staff was very, very nice and welcoming. Helpful service, tasty and delicious breakfast with cakes, added hot options plus local honey.

Dust in the room.

The bathroom amenities, including a plush bathrobe and slippers, made our stay enjoyable. Each morning, Ruel's cheerful presence at breakfast was a heartwarming start to our day.

The location is good, close to bus stops that take you in all directions, varied breakfast and friendly staff.

We had 2 rooms reserved, but when we asked for the change of 1 of them. The view was horrible and at dusk entered the smell of food prepared by the neighbors...

It is an amazing hotel with stocked rooms and marvellous views of their garden.

Good location for sightseeing. Excellent breakfast Staff very friendly & helpful Room was a good size & clean, although I found the bed a little hard for my taste.

The bathroom was very small and the room had a strange smell. The walls are very thin and you could hear noises from street/other rooms. Wireless not available in the room.

I really enjoyed the lovely fresh fruit for breakfast and the comfortable bed. The atmosphere was peaceful, especially with the nice garden view. I would definitely return here!

Hotel is absolutely nice,location is great ,everything is walking distance ,all attractions max ten minutes walking ,and great value for money for this hotel..

Hot water, decent location.

The shower is not of intelligent design, well not in our room. If I was a us size 14 I wouldn't have been able to squeeze through the doors. Shower is pokey. It's ok to dust the lampshades more than once a millennia. You have to pay €26 a day for the privilege of more than 4 channels. I'm sure there is better for the price. I wouldn't say 4 star more like 3...

The room was a charming Small Double Room, capturing authentic Italian style, and the location was ideal for exploring key attractions. Excellent daily room cleaning and the ability to store our luggage post-check-out were highlights. The overall hotel decor felt outdated, and cleanliness left something to be desired, with some lingering issues noted in the bathroom. The breakfast provided homemade preserves but was marred by cleanliness issues that affected our enjoyment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was within easy reach of good bars and restaurants.

The shower was mouldy and the mixer inadequate. The carpet was stained and in need of replacement and there were no drawers or dressing table.
